We sailed on a Beneteau 38 sailboat with a nice couple from Taipei. The price we felt was very reasonable and included many extras like snacks, Lunch(A pizza delivered by a windsurfer!!) You can also stay at one of his rooms overlooking the waterfront. The instructor is Tony Chen and the club name is Seabreeze Sailing Club
Tony charges $1,500 Taiwan dollars for about 3.5-4 hours.
